Agent access

Connect any AI agent to your tender desk.

Tendered speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — the standard AI agents like Claude and Cursor use to reach a tool. Give your agent read access and it answers from your real tenders, lanes and pricing; grant write access and it can price, tag outcomes and manage rules for you. It's scoped to your account, revocable anytime, and can never send a tender to a customer on its own.

1 · Create access

Sign in, open Settings → Agent access, and create a token — or skip it and use the OAuth flow, where your agent asks you to authorise in the browser.

2 · Point your agent at Tendered

Add Tendered's MCP endpoint to your agent (Cursor, Claude, or your own). Pass the token as a Bearer header, or let it connect via “Authorize with Tendered”.

3 · Ask about your desk

Your agent can now read your tenders, lanes, customers and pricing — in its own words, alongside whatever else it does.

Setup happens inside Tendered.

Sign in and open Settings → Agent access. From there you can hit "Connect an agent" for the browser OAuth flow, or mint a personal access token and copy the ready-made Cursor / Claude / Codex / OpenClaw config. Endpoint, token and config all live next to the account they belong to — never on this page.

What an agent can read

Available to any token, scoped to your account.

list_tenders — your RFQs with customer, round, status and dates
list_lanes — a tender's lanes with equipment, volume and the current rate
list_customers — your shippers
pricing_summary — priced vs unpriced and the average rate for a tender

What an agent can do

Only with a token you tick write access on — off by default. Sending a filled tender to a customer is never exposed; that stays a human click in the app.

price_tender — re-price every lane with the smart-blend engine
set_lane_final_rate — commit your decided price on a lane
tag_lane_outcomes — mark lanes won or lost
set_tender_deadline — set or clear the submission deadline
create_pricing_rule — save a named adjustment (e.g. +€50 on DE→IT)
add_executed_lane — record a lane you actually ran

You stay in control. Tokens are read-only unless you grant write access, and always scoped to your workspace — an agent never sees another company's data and can never send on your behalf. Tokens are stored hashed, every call is rate-limited and logged, and you can revoke any token or connected app instantly in Settings → Agent access.

Then open Settings → Agent access to mint a token.
