Who is the controller

Nis Shpk (Tax ID M37212002T), registered at Blv Zogu I, Shkoder 4000, Albania — the operator of Tendered — is the controller for personal data processed about account holders and website visitors. For Customer Data uploaded into the Service (tender files, lanes, carrier contacts), Nis Shpk acts as processor on behalf of your organisation.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, role.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, error logs.
• Customer Data: anything you upload to the Service.

Why we process it

To provide the Service (contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interest), and to meet our legal obligations. We also produce aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot be traced back to you or your organisation (legitimate interest). Marketing emails are sent only with consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Where data lives

Data is hosted in the European Union. Sub-processors include our cloud, database, email and AI infrastructure providers. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data by emailing gruziana.hoxha@nisgroup.io. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure. Customer Data is deleted within 30 days of contract termination unless you instruct otherwise.
